who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account,
we will ask for your name, address, date of birth,
and other information that will allow us to identify
you. We also ask to see your driver's license

What is Courtesy Pay?
Courtesy pay is an overdraft privilege of $300 above and beyond what a member has available in checking, savings and overdraft line of credit to clear checks, ACH and debit card items.
Only after exhausting funds available in checking, savings and overdraft line of credit, would this $300 courtesy be extended. There is no cost associated with this privilege unless you use it.
For each item attempting to clear there would be a $20 charge, the same fee charged for an NSF item. Instead of returning the NSF item(s), it/they would be paid. Please remember that the $20 fee per item is part of the $300 courtesy pay privilege. Example: $75 check is cleared, $20 is charged, leaves $205 available of the $300 privilege.
The $300 privilege is automatically available on checking accounts of members in good standing to clear checks and ACH items. HOWEVER, YOU MUST OPT-IN TO THE COURTESY PAY PROGRAM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FOR DEBIT CARD ITEMS (AT EITHER POINT OF SALE OR ATM)WHEN ALL FUNDS AVAILABLE IN CHECKING, SAVINGS OR O/D LINE OF CREDIT HAVE BEEN DEPLETED.
Norwich Telops believes Courtesy Pay is one more way to help you meet your unexpected financial needs.
To opt-in, please call 877-336-4988 or email us at norwichtelops@frontiernet.net.
